Mankato Mortuary 1001 North Riverfront Drive Mankato, MN 56001 507-388-2202 Doris Marie (Weingartz) Just (nee Steinbach), age 90 of North Mankato, died Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Oaklawn Health Care Center in Mankato. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., April 8, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in North Mankato. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Mankato. Visitation will be held from 3 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 with a 7:00 p.m., Rosary service at Mankato Mortuary. Visitation continues one hour before the service on Wednesday at the church. Memorials may be given to the Holy Rosary Adult Choir or the donor's choice. Doris was born February 20, 1925 to John and Marie (Schreiner) Steinbach in New Ulm, Minnesota. She was united in marriage to George Weingartz on August 7, 1954. Doris worked for Pacific Telephone in Palo Alto, CA and Northwestern Bell in New Ulm and Mankato. George died on October 10, 1972. Doris remarried on September 17, 1977 to Raymond Just in North Mankato. Raymond died September 23, 1995. Doris was a homemaker for her husbands and four sons. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in North, the CCW, Adult Choir, and Social Concerns Befrienders. Doris also belonged to the Eagles, Moose and VFW auxiliaries. She is survived by three sons, David (Connie) Weingartz of Las Alamitos, CA, Steven (Dianne) Weingartz of Bloomington, MN, Mark (Pamela) Weingartz of North Mankato; daughter-in-law, Patricia Weingartz of rural St. Peter, MN; four grandchildren, Cody, Trevette, Matthew and Jacob; three step-grandchildren, Robert, Vickie, George Doris was preceded in death by her two husbands; and twin brother, Dennis Steinbach; son Alan Weingartz, 2015.
