Archie was born December 9, 1933 to Archie and Pearl McKinley. He spent many hours on the road working hard as a truck driver. Throughout his life, Archie dabbled with carpentry, loved to hunt and fish in his favorite lakes by the Grand Marais Area. Archie served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Archie is survived by his children, Sandy Abraham of Fairmont, Danny McKinley of the Mankato area, Joanne Ponto of Topeka, KS, Diane (Mark) Bisch of the Madison Lake area, Patricia (Allen) Hopp of Nicollet, Cynthia (Rich) Ewer of Tucson, AZ, Mark McKinley of Mankato, John (Becky) McKinley of Nicollet; sister, Lucille Faltersack; brother, Marvin McKinley; 19 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren He was proceeded in death by his parents, Archie and Pearl McKinley; son, Tony McKinley; two grandchildren; and brother, Orville McKinley. His finale resting place will be at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN
