Norbert E Willging

Norbert Edgar Willging, age 87, of Lake Crystal, MN and formerly of Dubuque, IA, died Monday evening, August 11, 2003 at Lake Crystal Health Care Center.

Memorial services will be held 12:30 pm on Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lake Crystal with Rev. Neal Wilkinson officiating. Visitation one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Memorials are preferred to the American Diabetes Association or Alzheimers Association. Lake Crystal Mortuary is handling arrangements.

Norbert was born April 16, 1916 in Dubuque, Iowa to Edgar and Anna (Kerper) Willging. He was united in marriage to Jeanne Rastatter on June 12, 1943 in Dubuque, Iowa. He served in the United States Army Air Corp.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanne Willging of Lake Crystal; seven children, Patricia Willging of New Orleans, LA, Ann Keith and husband, David of Edinburgh, Scotland, Miriam Hottinger and husband, John of Mankato, MN, David Willging and wife, Lisa of New Hope, MN, Julie Sigmon and husband, Ken of Omaha, NE, Mary Genevich and husband, Roy of Hastings, MN, Robert Willging and wife, Deirdre of Rhinelander, WI; 14 grandchildren; two great-grand-children; two sisters, Marge Kluck and Sister Margaret Ann Willging both of Dubuque, IA; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Pat, Herb, and Gene, and a brother-in-law, Ray Kluck.
