Katherine (Hughes) Weber

Katherine (Hughes) Weber age 94 died Thursday May 8, 2014 at Oaklawn Care Center in Mankato. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church in Mankato with Pastor Scott Olson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Grace Lutheran Church or the Mankato Youth Symphony Orchestra.
Katherine was born April 14, 1920 to Charles and Elpha Hughes in Grant City, Missouri . She graduated from High School in Mankato, Minnesota in 1938. She was united in marriage to Leslie P. Weber in 1941 in Mankato.
Katherine is survived by her three children, Richard (Lynne) Weber of Mankato, Larry (Jan) Weber of Savage, Minnesota and Doreen (Bill) Markus of Rochester, Minnesota and one granddaughter Leslie Brandt and husband Jonathan Brandt of St. Paul, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband Leslie on March 20, 1993, one sister Dophrone Ogee, and brother Eldon Hughes.
