Colleen A. Bianchi, age 70, of North Mankato, died on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at her home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Rev. Andy Olsem officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Colleen was born on October 23, 1943 in Mankato to Lyle and Katherine (Fuller) Pearson. She graduated from Good Counsel Academy and the Worthington Community College. On January 9, 1965, Colleen was united in marriage to Joseph Bianchi. They were later divorced. Colleen was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, and the Council of Catholic Women. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and cross stitching.

She is survived by three daughters, Jolleen (Timothy) Ruppert of Garretson, S.D., JoAnn Bianchi (Curt Kegler) of Burnsville, and Cathleen Bianchi (Kent Bender) of Sioux Falls, S.D.; three brothers, Lyle R. Pearson, Lloyd (Tyllene) Pearson, and Kurt (Penny) Pearson all of North Mankato; three sisters, Rosemary (Ron) Roxbury of Milwaukee, WI, Ann (Mark) Holden of Eagle Bend, MN, and Gail (Bob) Nolte of Mesa, AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
