Lucille Agnes Bowe, age 92, of Mankato, died Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Mayo Clinic Health System " Mankato.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Mankato, with Rev. John Kunz officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to VINE Faith In Action. Mankato Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Lucille was born August 30, 1921, in Mankato to Henry and Daisey (Severence) Cuddy. She was a graduate of Mankato High School. Lucille married Frederick Bowe on August 30, 1939, in Mankato. She was a homemaker for her family. Lucille was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She was a lifelong Twins and Cubs baseball fan and also enjoyed gardening, reading, and puzzles.

Lucille is survived by her two daughters, Rita (Vernon "Pete") Peterson of Richmond and Suzanne Bowe of Mankato; two sons, Gregory Bowe of Eagle Lake and Paul (Julie) Bowe of Mankato; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; also nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frederick; daughter, Kathleen; seven sisters and three brothers.
