Ray Allan Ready, (1973-2013), died unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, of a heart attack.

An informal celebration of Ray's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday Dec. 7, 2013 at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary 2060 Commerce Drive in North Mankato with a visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. A reception will follow the service.

Ray loved motorcycles, snowmobiles, boats, and all things that went "Vroom " Vroom." He attended Minnesota State University " Mankato (A.S.) and Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando, FL, becoming a Certified Harley Davidson Technician. Ray worked at Harley Davidson dealerships in Ft. Myers, FL, and Mankato, MN. He was most recently employed at APT Machining and Fabrication in Kasota, MN.

He is survived by his parents, Kirk and Sandra Ready of Madison Lake, MN, a sister, Karen, and her partner Andy Ripka, of Delano, MN, his maternal grandparents, George and Florence Kohan, of Eden Prairie, MN, formerly of St. Louis Park, MN, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
