Gloria M. Oachs, age 80 of Mankato, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at her home.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 25, 2013 at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Mankato with Rev. Keith Siverly officiating. Burial will be in Sterling Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 " 7 p.m., Friday at Mankato Mortuary and continue one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.

Gloria was born December 26, 1932 to Edward and Marie (Truebenbach) Rosin in Nicollet, Minnesota. She was united in marriage to Roger Oachs on June 15, 1952 in Nicollet, MN. Gloria worked in housekeeping for the Butler House and later for the Mankato Lutheran Home before retiring. She was a longtime member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Mankato. Gloria enjoyed bowling, bingo, playing cards, cross stitching, embroidery, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.

Gloria is survived by her three children, Rosanne (Perry) Reed of St. Cloud, Randy (Sue) Oachs of Mankato, Mary (Jeff) Winkelman of Mankato; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roger (Janet) Rosin, Elmer Rosin all of Nicollet; sister, Alice (Lester) Schlack of Waseca; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roger, infant son, one brother and one sister.
