Patrick J. Bresnan, age 48 of Mankato, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System " Mankato with his family by his side.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Rev. John Kunz, officiating. A visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. at church and continue until the time of the service. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at a later date. Mankato Mortuary assisted with arrangements.

Patrick John was born March 23, 1965 to Robert and Dolores (Horning) Bresnan in Mankato, MN. He attended the Wilson Campus School " Mankato. Pat was an Executive Chef in various states, including aboard the Minnesota Zephyer. He enjoyed skiing, motorcycles, mountain biking, and music. Pat was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Pat was also a fan of the Twins and Vikings.

Patrick is survived by his mother, Dolores Bresnan of Mankato, MN; three siblings, Timothy Bresnan of Mankato, MN, Kathleen Bresnan of Mankato, MN, and Matthew (Jessica) Bresnan of Chaska, MN; nieces; nephews; cousins; and uncle, Patrick J. Bresnan of CT.

Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Bresnan; aunt and uncle, Marilyn and Ken Berg and uncle, Bill Bresnan.
