Robert D Leonard

Robert D. Bob Leonard, age 64 of Lake Crystal died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at the Lake Crystal Health Care Center in Lake Crystal.

Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at the Lake Crystal Mortuary in Lake Crystal. Burial with military honors in Woodland Hills Memorial Park, Mankato. Visitation is one hour before services at the mortuary.

Robert was born July 24, 1940 in Blackduck, MN to Reuben and Camilla (Berg) Leonard. He graduated from Blackduck School in 1958. He served in the U. S. Air Force from Feb. of 1960 to Jan. of 1964. He worked for Standard Lumber Co. in Lake Crystal until he had to retire for health reasons. He was a member of John Roth American Legion Post #294 of Lake Crystal. Bob enjoyed bowling, softball, playing cards, and crossword puzzles.

Bob is survived by a sister, Sally Bell of Brooklyn, NY; two brothers, Dick Leonard of Lake Crystal, David Leonard and his wife, Shirley of Sierra Vista, AZ; nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ralph.
