Josephine A. "Patsy" Regan, age 95, of Lake Washington and Mankato, died Saturday, October 5, 2013, at Oaklawn Health Care Center, Mankato.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Mankato with Rev. John Kunz, officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before service at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mankato. Memorials may be given to the Schola Foundation or Elder Care Services. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Patsy was born October 31, 1917, to Raymond C. and Cecilia K. (Engesser) Fay in Minneapolis. She moved with her family to St. Peter at age 10 and graduated from St. Peter High School in 1934. She graduated from the College of St. Teresa in Winona in 1938. She was united in marriage to Robert M. Regan on June 24, 1939, in St. Peter. Patsy and Bob resided in Mankato until 1973 when they moved to Lake Washington. They returned to Mankato in 1992, living at Old Main Village. Patsy was a member of Marysburg Parish and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing bridge, reading, and traveling.

Patsy is survived by her four sons, Jack (Carol) of Niles, MI, Mike of North Mankato, Pat of Grand Rapids, MI, and Tom (Deb) of Bloomington, MN; two daughters, Fay Regan of Coconut Grove, FL and Molly Regan (Conrad Osborne) of New York, NY; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert M. Regan on April 17, 1997; granddaughter, Shannon Regan Weithers; one brother; two sisters.
