Carol Ann Supalla, age 67, of North Mankato and formerly of Arvada, CO, died Monday, August 12, 2013, at Oak Terrace Assisted Living following an extended illness.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Northview " North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.

Carol was born on March 26, 1946, in Mankato. She was the daughter of Andrew and Ann (Wolf) Miller. Carol was a 1964 graduate of St. Peter High School and a 1968 graduate of St. Theresa's College in Winona. She was united in marriage to Ronald J. Supalla on July 17, 1971, in St. Peter. Carol was employed as a teacher with St. Catherine's Elementary School in Denver, CO for over thirty years. She enjoyed traveling, socializing with friends and family, hosting foreign exchange students, and pets, especially rescue animals.

Carol is survived by her siblings, Bob (Mary Ann) Miller of Rockford, IL, Virginia Miller of Seattle, WA, Nancy (Tom) Mattsson of Crystal, Theresa (Jim) Danzer of North Mankato, and Pat (Nick) van der Lugt of Champlin; also aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald in 2010; and a brother, Richard.
