Rita Ann (Przytarski) Gerlach, 58 of Mankato died on November 16th, 2013 surrounded by her family.

Memorial Mass will be held 11 am Saturday at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. Visitation 4-7 pm Friday at Northview North Mankato Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Rita was born to Daniel and Ruth Przytarski in Austin, MN in 1955 and married Stephen Gerlach in 1979. Together, they had three children. She taught for nearly 35 years in the Catholic School system in Mankato. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survived by her husband, Stephen; daughter, Nicole (Joshua) Zwilling; son, Nathaniel (Ashley Anderson) Gerlach; three grandchildren; her mother; four siblings; and many other family. She was preceded in death by her son, Bradley; father, Daniel; and brother, Phil.
