Lorraine Ava Zuehlke, age 87, of Mankato, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System, Mankato.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Eagle Lake Church of Christ. Visitation will be held one hour before service at the church. Burial will be later in Woodland Hills Memorial Park, Mankato. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Lorraine was born January 13, 1926 to Lawrence and Ava (Lawrence) Kump in Mankato. She was united in marriage to Alvin Zuehlke on November 4, 1944 in Mankato. She had worked for Crown Bottling, Shari Candies, Browns, Ginny May, Burger King, and Carlson Craft. She was a member of the Eagle Lake Church of Christ. She enjoyed playing bingo, card games, fishing, crocheting, playing games especially Sorry and Skip-BO, spending time with family and friends. She was famous for her pumpkin bars.

Lorraine is survived by her children, Jeanne (Marlin) Peterson, Jeannette Tyge, Larry (Kathy) Zuehlke, Dorothy Miller, Bonnie Miller and fianc", Kevin Madson; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and extended family.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin on December 3, 2004; son, Gerald on December 13, 2008, brother, Gerald Kump.
