Bennett David Loosbrock

Bennett David Loosbrock, age 21, of Mankato, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health Systems. 

Public visitation will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Northview - North Mankato Mortuary from 4 - 7 p.m. 

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Mankato East Choir.

Born on August 15, 2002, to Todd and Amy Loosbrock, Bennett brought joy and light into the lives of all who knew him. His infectious smile could lift spirits effortlessly, and his genuineness and unconditional love left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.

Bennett attended Mankato East High School, where he cherished his classmates, caretakers, teachers, and especially his choir class. He found joy in summer jet ski rides at the cabin and treasured quality time with family and friends.

Survived by his loving parents Todd and Amy Loosbrock, devoted brother Brennen, maternal grandparents Wayne and Jeannette Hieronimus, and paternal grandmother Vickie Loosbrock; aunts and uncles, Troy Loosbrock, Tony and Nicolle Loosbrock, Ryan and Lindsay (Loosbrock) Henning, Tammy Loosbrock, Glen and Natalie Hieronimus, Craig and Lisa (Hieronimus) Lohr, Wade Hieronimus, Jeff and Jodi (Hieronimus) Miles, and many cousins and other extended family and friends.  

Bennett is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gary Loosbrock. 

His memory will forever be cherished, and his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
