Bonita Mae Krueger

Bonita Mae Krueger, age 72, of Lake Crystal, died on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Mayo Clinic Health System, St. James.

A private family service will be held.  Burial will be in Lincoln Baptist Cemetery, rural Lake Crystal.  Lake Crystal Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Bonita was born on February 12, 1948 in Madelia to Marius and Ruth (Kramer) Sorenson.  She graduated from Lake Crystal High School in 1967.  On June 5, 1982, Nita was united in marriage to Larry Krueger in Mankato.  Nita enjoyed fishing, playing cards, vegetable gardening, and going to stock car races.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. 

Nita is survived by her husband, Larry; siblings, Joe (Marge) Sorenson, Robert (Diane) Sorenson, Betty Bulow, Barb (Glenn) Foster, and Earl (Deb) Sorenson; half-sister, Phyllis Hennis; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Art; half-sisters, Gladys, Mary, Virginia, and Judy; many nieces and nephews.
