Delores Ann Hoehn, longtime Madison Lake resident, age 83, passed away peacefully at Mayo Clinic Health System on November 28, 2020.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at All Saints Catholic Church in Madison Lake. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Madison Lake. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. To keep family and friends safe, if you are not comfortable attending the service, memorials can be sent to the family. The Memorial Mass will be live streamed and archived at www.as-ic.org.
Delores was born on December 7, 1936 in Mankato to Clayton and Adeline (Frederick) Tarpy. She graduated from Good Counsel Academy in 1955. Delores was united in marriage to Jack Hoehn on June 22, 1957 at All Saints Catholic Church in Madison Lake. Delores was a member of TOPS/KOPS and St. Ann’s altar society. Delores enjoyed Sunday car rides, playing cards, playing slot machines, and watching sports, especially tennis and golf. Delores was a caregiver to many. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially special time spent with her sisters.
Delores is survived by her three children, Kent (Denise) Hoehn of Madison Lake, Stacy Hoehn of Star Prairie, WI, and Troy (Tanya) Hoehn of St. Clair; eight grandchildren, Ryan (Shanna) Hoehn, Clayton (Emily) Hoehn, Ashley Hoehn, Jamie (Tarrah) Bisch, Justina Bisch (Sam Borneke), Bobby Shemon, Brenden Hoehn (Kaci Schneidawind), and Kyle Hoehn; eleven great-grandchildren, Brooke, Mahleya, Kendall, Patrick, Bradley, William, Brayden, Carter, Mckinzi, Ezra, and Simeon; two sisters, Bonnie Lundgren of Eagle Lake and Bernice (Vern) Lundgren of Cleveland.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack; two sisters, Lavonne Weed and Marlene Swanson; brother, Jerome Tarpy; and godchild, Cheryl Lundgren.
