Greta Lynn Moldstad

Greta Lynn Moldstad was born on January 12th, 2024 in Minneapolis, MN at 25 weeks gestation. She was made a child of God and an heir of eternal life through the waters of Holy Baptism that same day. Her short earthly life was spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the M Fairview Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis. She was graciously cared for by a wonderful team of skilled and compassionate doctors and nurses. Her parents visited daily. They especially appreciated their time holding her and singing hymns to her.

Greta is survived by her parents, Matt & Joni Moldstad, as well as her brothers, Christian, Caleb, Levi, Kedron, and Calvary.

Greta was taken home to heaven to be with her loving Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 31st, 2024. We look forward to a blessed reunion one day with her there. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, because the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14)

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, North Mankato.  Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church prior to the service.  Burial will be at Woodland Hills Memorial Park.
