Jeanne SuEllen Frank

Jeanne SuEllen Frank, age 57, of Mankato passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023.

Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m., on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Northview – North Mankato Mortuary-2060 Commerce Drive, North Mankato. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Northview – North Mankato Mortuary, and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mankato. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to BENCHS, or Camp Sweet Life.

Jeanne was born on September 11, 1965, to Oscar and Eileen Seys in Mankato, MN.

Jeanne graduated from Nicollet High School in 1983 and furthered her education at Mankato Vocational Technical Institute in Food Service. Following her education, she worked as a cook at MRCI, Windings Incorporation and most recently, she owned her own cleaning business, “Clean As A Whistle”.

She married the love of her life, Dave on August 14, 2013, at the Riu Palace in Jamaica.

She had an extensive health history, including being a type 1 diabetic since she was 8 years old, as well as undergoing multiple heart and back surgeries. Although her health history did not keep her from enjoying life.

Jeanne loved to go camping, her Saturday afternoon wine parties at the campground and sitting around the firepit with family and friends. Her biggest joy in life was her grandbabies, Emily and Louis; she was affectionately known as “Granny.”

Jeanne is survived by her husband, David; daughter, Amanda (Greg) Scheurer; grandchildren, Emily and Louis Scheurer, and another grandbaby due in July; brother, Larry (Beth) Seys; nieces, nephews, friends, and her fur babies, Milo, Winnie, and Callie.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Eileen Seys.
