Jeremiah "Jer" Brand

Jeremiah “Jer” Brand, age 42, of Lake Crystal, died on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Oaklawn Rehabilitation Center, Mankato from results of a long term brain aneurysm.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lake Crystal. Visitation will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Lake Crystal Cemetery. Northview - North Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jeremiah Allen, the son of Jeffrey and Christie (Lorentz) Brand, was born on July 13, 1980 in Mankato. He attended Lake Crystal schools and was previously employed at Alumacraft in St. Peter. He enjoyed snowmobiling, riding motorcycles and camping.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Chris of Lake Crystal; daughter, Ayva Brand and her mother, Kathryn Mueller, both of Madison Lake; and brother, Ben (Stacie) Brand of St. Michael and their children, Emerson, Delanie and Zander.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ron and Betty Brand and Gene and Mary Lorentz; and brother, Dustin.
