Kathleen "Kathy" Sue (Wikoff) DeWitt

Kathleen “Kathy” DeWitt, age 76, of North Mankato, died on Sunday, May 28, 2023, at her home.

 

A Celebration of Life in Minnesota will be planned.  Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon, IL.  In lieu of memorials, you can honor Kathy by remembering her as you plant flowers in your garden or when you feed the birds, especially the hummers (hummingbirds).  Northview-North Mankato Mortuary assisted the family with arrangements.

 

Kathy was born on October 4, 1946, in Amboy, IL to Orvin and Darlene (Richards) Wikoff.  She graduated from Polo High School in 1964 in Polo, IL.  Kathy was married to Larry John Grafstrom,  1964-1981, they had two children.  Kathy was married to Darrell Ray DeWitt in 1986 until he passed in 2005.  Kathy was an accomplished gardener, artistic crafter, zealous reader, and bird lover. 

 

Kathy is survived by daughter, Brenda (Bill) Crosby of North Mankato; son, Brice J (Angie) Grafstrom of Champlin, MN; grandsons, Curtis Jepsen and Brice A. Crosby; brother, Kenneth (Marcia) Wikoff of Waukegan, IL; sister, Virginia “Ginny” Wikoff of Trenton, MO; and two nephews, Andrew Wikoff and Christopher Wikoff.  She was preceded in death by husbands, Larry Grafstrom and Darrell DeWitt; parents, Orvin and Darlene Wikoff; grandparents, Alan Clinton and Lily Evelyn (Clink) Richards and Othello Ira and Ada Mae (Brown) Wikoff.
