Patricia Ann Flanagan

Patricia Ann Flanagan, age 83, of Mankato, died on December 9, 2023 at Oak Terrace-Autumn Lane, North Mankato.

Memorial Mass will be held on December 22, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.  Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 p.m. prior to the service at church.  Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.  Northview-North Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.  The service will be livestreamed at www.mankatomortuary.com.  Memorials are preferred to St. Croix Hospice. 

Patricia was born on June 30, 1940 in Cleveland, OH to Charles and Margaret (Stransky) Bailey.  She graduated from Owatonna High School in 1958.  She then attended Mankato State University and Carlson School of Business.  On September 15, 1962, Pat was united in marriage to Jerome Flanagan at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Owatonna.  Pat worked at the Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic for 36 years.  Pat loved golf, tennis, bowling, and shopping.  Pat looked forward to taking trips with the “O” girls, her sisters, and with many friends.  Pat and Jerry wintered in Florida and she enjoyed spending time at the beach.  She loved spending time with her grandsons.  She was a longtime member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. 

Pat is survived by husband, Jerry; children, Kelley (Jeff) Hokeness and Jerrel (Carrie) Flanagan; grandsons, Larssen Hokeness, Keiryn Flanagan, and Liam Flanagan; and sister, Lois (Monte) Zolnosky.  She was preceded in death by her parents; father and mother-in-law, Delbert (Ruth) Flanagan; sisters, Mary (Gene) Baker and Jean (Richard) DeSchane; and sister-in-law, Joann (Paul) Laven.
