Ron Minse

Roland “Ron” Minse, age 73, of Eagle Lake, died on Friday, December 30, 2022 at his home.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the Northview – North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive, North Mankato with Rev. Michael Mathews officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Danville Township.

Roland John, the son of Melvin and Dorothy (Kain) Minse, was born on March 12, 1949 in Mankato. Ron graduated from Waldorf Pemberton High School in 1967 and attended vocational school in Mankato. He was united in marriage to Paula Julich on April 10, 1976. He worked in sales for various companies. Ron was an active member at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Danville Township. He enjoyed fishing, photography and traveling with Paula.

He is survived by his wife, Paula; brother-in-law, Joe Sexton; niece, Angie (Jeff) Larson and their children, Emilie and Audree; niece, Julie (Simon) Broughten; and cousin, Alan (Diane) Kain.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lorelle Sexton.
